Allison Nichols holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art/Graphic Design and is a Certified Wellness & Lifestyle Coach and a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner.
A lifelong artist, mentor, and seeker, she has been cultivating her skills and wisdom for decades, blending creativity, spirituality, and soulful living into a deeply unique perspective.
As the owner of Creativ Framing & Design, a mother, and a lifelong learner, Allison has walked many paths that inform her work today. Her greatest joy comes from connecting with people, hearing their stories, and creating safe, welcoming spaces for encouragement, healing, and growth.
In her mentoring and creative offerings, Allison emphasizes the power of self-exploration, mindful artistic practices, and small but transformative daily rituals. She believes art is more than expression; it’s medicine for the soul.
Through coloring meditations, journaling, and soul-nourishing practices, and Reiki healing sessions, she helps others rediscover their inner wisdom and create lives of deeper alignment.
Her positive outlook and spiritual perspective invite clients to see life’s challenges not as setbacks but as opportunities for growth, resilience, and beauty.
Allison guides you not only as a mentor but also as a fellow traveler who believes wholeheartedly in the power of creativity, mindfulness and Reiki healing. Helping you rise into your fullest self.
The Heart + Soul of RISING ONE
Hi beautiful Soul, I’m Allison — the heart and soul behind Rising One Coaching and Rising One Studio. For as long as I can remember, creativity has been my lifeline — a bridge between my soul and the world. As a child, I would lose myself in drawing, writing poetry, and imagining whole worlds in the clouds.

These moments of flow weren’t
just play — they were sacred, connecting me to God, peace, and my true self. But like many of us, life brought challenges. Loss, expectations, and responsibilities made me disconnect from that natural flow. I thought I had to “do it all,” push harder, and keep giving without pause. Yet deep inside, my soul kept whispering: return to what nourishes you and share it with others.
That whisper became Rising One Coaching and Rising One Studio.
Today, this space isn’t about “traditional coaching.” It’s a creative sanctuary — where spirituality and creativity meet. Through my Reiki offerings, Reiki Infused artwork, Mind • Body • Soul sessions on YouTube, soulful digital guidebooks, and meditative art practices, I help you reconnect to your own intuition, creativity, and light.
Here, you’ll find: ~ Gentle practices to calm your nervous system ~ Meditative art that opens your creative flow ~ Journals, rituals, and affirmations to realign you with love and abundance ~ Guided meditations that take you deeper into your soul. Because here’s the truth I’ve learned: You don’t need to become anything. You already are everything.
The combination of creativity, soul care, and Reiki sessions can help you remember this truth. So whether you’re a mama needing calm, a seeker wanting clarity, or simply someone craving more creativity — Welcome Home. This is your space to breathe, create, and rise.
With love, always Allison Creative Guide & Soulful Living Mentor Founder of Rising One Coaching
