"Walk & Talk" Learn to love the body you're in TODAY!

In this first episode of “Walk and Talk,” I’m inviting you to reflect with me on something deeply personal: how we relate to our bodies as they change.  I used to be an avid runner....doing 5K's every weekend, running a couple of 1/2 marathons and even completing a Full Marathon. But at that time in my life, I was deeply unhappy and even though I was my lowest weight ever, I wasn't connnected to my best self and I didn't love the woman that I was at that time. Here I am, 15 years later and even though I'm not the "perfect" weight for my age, I'm healthy and more importantly, HAPPY!!!! I adore the woman I am and I'm so proud of all that my body has carried me through in my life.   Whether it’s aging, injury, or simply shifting capacities...our bodies are always changing! We are always changing....our belief's, our lifestyles and our habits. Let's honor that change and love where we are right now...today. This doesn’t mean we’re losing anything. In fact, it’s an invitation to listen, adapt, and trust what our bodies are telling us and building a stronger relationship with ourselves.   Let’s walk together as we explore what it means to honor the body we have today — not the one we had 10, 15, or 20 years ago.  Take a few moments to reflect....What has your body been trying to tell you lately?
